By registering for A Scrapper’s Escape Scrapbook Retreat you agree to abide by the following policies,
terms, and conditions.

- CANCELLATIONS: Notify us in writing at least 35 days prior to the event for a refund of fees paid, less a $25
processing fee. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations received less than 35 days prior to an event, as
a result of our contracted commitment to the hotel facility. If we fill space from the waiting list a credit will be
issued for future events. - There will be no refunds for no-shows, as we have already contracted with the event facilities with guaranteed
numbers of attendees. - Retreat rates are per person based on double occupancy. We will do our best to find roommates for single
attendees but if this is not possible, the single occupancy rate will be charged. - A Scrapper’s Escape reserves the right to cancel any event. In the event of any such cancellation, registrants
will be notified via e-mail and all paid fees will be refunded. - Reservations received without a deposit will be held for 10 days. No reservation is guaranteed until deposit is
received or payment is made in full. - Retreat balances not paid in full by due date will be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
- Any returned checks will incur a $25 fee. Amount of check and fee must be paid in cash immediately following
bank notification. Failure to comply with this policy will forfeit any fees already paid. - Retreat prices are per person based on double occupancy.
- Check in & Check Out: Please do not arrive earlier than 4:00 pm on Friday. All croppers need to check out
of guest room by 10:00 am on Sunday. Our cropping room is open until 2:00 pm Sunday; all croppers need
to be packed up by then. - No children under the age of 14 are allowed without prior approval.
- You agree to use reasonable care and caution when using all equipment provided for your personal use at
the event. If you are unfamiliar with the equipment, please ask, we’ll be happy to assist you. - A spill proof mug and/or a cup holder MUST be used at all times in the cropping room.
